White wine made from the Riesling Rhenish grapes. Light, with bright acidity, aged in stainless steel tanks.

The wine is light straw-colored, with aromas of citrus, green apple, apricot and caramel. Refreshing and elegant, with an energetic texture, pronounced acidity and a long aftertaste with a mineral tint.

The vineyard is located in the western part of Crimea, on the Karatau plateau. The climate is mild, maritime, temperate continental, Mediterranean type. The soils are brown, carbonate, loamy, on alluvial deposits with inclusions of ancient limestones. The age of the vines is 16-17 years.

Production method: manual harvesting and sorting of grapes. Cold maceration. Gentle pressing at low pressure. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with thermal control. Aging in stainless steel on a thin lees with regular batonnage.

Gastronomy: the wine is perfectly combined with oysters, fish and seafood dishes, as well as light salads.

White wine made from the Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Light, fruity, aged in stainless steel tanks.

The wine is pale straw-colored with greenish highlights, with aromas of tropical fruits, gooseberries and currant leaves. Refreshing and elegant, with lively acidity and a long fruity aftertaste.

The vineyard is located in the Sevastopol zone, in the village of Rodnoye. The climate is mild, maritime, temperate continental, Mediterranean type. The soils are brown mountain-forest on carbonate subsurface with inclusions of ancient limestones. The age of the vines is 10-11 years.

Production method: manual harvesting and sorting of grapes. Cold maceration. Gentle pressing at low pressure. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with thermal control. Aging for six months in stainless steel on a thin lees with regular batonnage.

Gastronomy: the wine is perfectly combined with seafood dishes, light salads and soft cheeses, including white mold.

White wine made from the Pinot Gris grapes. Rich, fruity, aged in oak.

The wine is straw-colored, with an intense aroma of peach and apricot with honey notes. Tastes rounded and elegant, with hints of fruit and baking spices.

The vineyard is located in the western part of the Crimea, in the Saky district, the village of Heroyskoye. The climate is mild, maritime, temperate continental, Mediterranean type. The soils are mountain meadow carbonate with alluvial deposits. The age of the vines is 10-12 years.

Production method: manual harvesting and sorting of grapes. Gentle pressing without skin contact. Fermentation in used 500-liter French oak barrels. Aging in 500-liter oak barrels on a dense lees with regular batonnage for nine months.

Gastronomy: a wonderful aperitif, perfectly combined with poultry dishes, foie gras and semi-hard cheeses.

The vineyard is located in the western part of Crimea, on the Karatau plateau. The climate is mild, maritime, temperate continental, Mediterranean type. The soils are brown, carbonate, loamy, on alluvial deposits with inclusions of ancient limestones. The age of the vines is 10 years.

Production method: manual harvesting and sorting of grapes. The juice was obtained by saignee method (bloodletting) — cuvee only, without pressing. Alcoholic fermentation in steel with temperature control. Six-months aging in stainless steel tanks.

Gastronomy: perfectly combined with red fish, light meat pates, poultry dishes.

Production method: manual harvesting and sorting of grapes, gentle pressing at low pressure. Alcoholic fermentation on pulp in neutral containers with thermal control using pigeage. Aging for 12 months in French oak barriques (30% new oak).

Gastronomy: the wine goes well with cold meat snacks, stewed and fried meat, game dishes.
